Refund Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Eligibility: May be combined with package pricing or other special offers, unless otherwise authorized by Moonwalk Shop Express. 2. Down Payment: a) An initial down payment equal to 25% (or more) of the total purchase amount is due at the time of order. b) Final payment is due before your order will be shipped. 3. Failure to Pay: We reserve the right to cancel your order if final payment is not received within (30) business days from the date you are notified that your unit is completed. 4. Refund Policy a) If an order is canceled we will gladly refund any payments or apply the monies to other units at Moonwalk Shop Express. b.) All refunds will be made within (14) business days of cancellation. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payments were received, when possible. If you made a payment via credit card, the amount will be credited back to the credit card that was used. If payment was made by check, cash, money order, or wire transfer, the amount will be refunded in the form of a check made payable to the purchaser or purchasing entity listed under the billing information on the sales order and mailed to the appropriate address listed on the sales order, unless you specify otherwise in writing.
